Jaspi

In this project, I worked as a UX/UI Designer, contributing to both research and visual design stages. I conducted benchmarking and user flow mapping, redesigned the existing app to create a more modern and intuitive interface, and also developed a complementary website based on the app’s core functionalities, allowing users to access the web platform.

My contribution: High-fidelity prototype and research.

Role: UI/UX Designer

THE PROBLEM

The platform’s previous app presented several usability issues, including inconsistent components, a visually unrefined layout, and a confusing user journey.

THE SOLUTION

We designed a consistent and intuitive platform that serves both sides of the marketplace — users looking to buy or rent properties, vehicles, or services, and those who want to list and promote their offerings.

BENCHMARKING AND FLOWCHART

Fast-Track Benchmarking
for UX Improvement

Due to the tight project timeline, an agile and efficiency-driven research approach was adopted. In this context, benchmarking was used as the primary method to support design decisions.

Considering the client’s urgency to update the app’s homepage, I conducted a focused comparative analysis of home screens from well-established products such as Fever, Quinto Andar, and Airbnb.

At this stage, the main positive, negative, and neutral aspects of each application — including Jaspi — were mapped to identify patterns, improvement opportunities, and strategic directions for the new proposal.

WEBSITE

In addition to the mobile application, I developed its web version, allowing users to access all functionalities from both desktop and mobile devices. This adaptation also helped increase the company’s online visibility. We followed the app’s style guide to ensure visual consistency and cohesion across platforms.
